After a 12 month period Sheldon Clayton Logistics are now officially going paperless from April 1st 2019.
Last year we invested in handheld PDA systems, meaning we can provide our customers with instant information on any delivery, at the point of the delivery. This can range from a driver arriving on site, to instant signatures on delivery. We have been running this new system alongside customer paperwork, but after ongoing success and customer satisfaction from the PDA systems this will be company policy from 01/04/2019.
“The new POD system is something we have been working towards for some time and are so pleased it is something our customers are also gaining the benefit from” director Scott Campbell said about the investment. “Our customers have instant information on their goods and going forward we can only develop this into a better service for everyone.”
